Thecrushingplantsareequippedwithefficient,powerfuldiesel-electricdrives.Theyguaranteeenvironmentallyfriendlyandlow-consumptionoperation.Efficientandpowerfuldiesel-electricdrive(A)forlowfuelconsumption(crusherandallconveyorbeltsaredrivenelectrically).Externalpowersupply(B)forevenmoreefficientuseinquarries.
Mobilesecondaryimpactcrushersareusedassecondarycrushingscreensinthesecondandthirdcrushingstageforsofttomedium-hardnaturalstone.Incontrasttotheprimaryimpactcrushers,theplantshaveathirdimpacttoggle.Itisresponsibleinthecrushingprocessfortheparticularlyfinegrainshape.Here,thematerialcrushedatthefirsttwoimpacttogglesisadditionallyground.Finegrainsizesarethuscreated,suchashigh-gradeflintorsand.Duetotheirdesign,secondaryimpactcrushersaremoresuitableforsmallfeedsizes–wheretheyalsodemonstratetheirfullpotential.
Thematchingscreensurfacesforoptimumresults
Duringthedailyroutine,screensurfacesarereallyputtothetest.Toguaranteelong-term,reliablescreeningtothedesiredfinalgrainsize,thescreensurfacesfromKLEEMANNaremadeofparticularlywear-resistantspringwiresteelorroundwire.Thankstothedouble-anchoringatthecrossings,theyhaveahighmeshstabilityforuniformscreening.Thescreeningresultitselfisdeterminedbynumerousfactors.Themostimportantinfluencefactorsincludethegrainshape,thehumiditycontentandthefeedvolume.
