Brief Introduction
LMT5162GLQ automatic asphalt distributor is assembled with the chassis of the second degree vehicle and the asphalt spray device developed by our company. The stainless steel is made into the asphalt tank body. It adopts the aluminum silicate material to keep the heat preserved.
The asphalt pump is controlled by the hydraulic system and could transmit the asphalt steadily. There are two kinds of methods to spray the asphalt and they are rear pipeline computer-control automatic spray method and manual nozzle spray method. The spray volume is precisely controlled by the computer. LMT5162GLQ automatic asphalt distributor adopts the heat transfer oil to heat the asphalt pump and pipeline system. The pipeline and nozzle could be cleaned by using high pressure air and are not easy to block. The maximum spray width is up to 6m. It takes proud in its high efficiency of spraying and reliable working performance.
