●High performance mixing drum: With the adoption of combination mode from the Archimedes helix in cylindrical segment and the logarithmic helix in inclined conical segment, the drum body is classified into three segments in pyriform shape. The main blades are designed in unequal helical angles and variable pitches as per the helical lines on the different segments of the drum body and the dead angles at the connections between blades and drum walls are eliminated. It can realize high feeding and discharge speeds, good concrete uniformity, high discharge rate, and no material deposit, with the residual rate far below the industry standard. The drum body and the blades are made of high quality wear-resistant steel plates.
●Complete water cleaning system: The high capacity water tank and the efficient pneumatic water supply mode can guarantee the all-round cleaning.
●Flexible operating system: The flexible shaft mode and the mechanical mode are at your choice, which mainly control the forward and reverse rotation and the speed of the mixing drum. 。
