(1)DSF mixing unit (high strength, high flow, and burst force)
Compared with common mixing units, the mixing performance of Shantui DSF series double-shaft four-helix concrete mixing unit (Patent number: ZL201120452518.0) is developed by leaps and bounds. The helical trajectories of the uniquely designed mixing blades are evolved from the original double-shaft double-helix to double-shaft four-helix to speed up the flow of aggregates and form the shearing effects between two shafts, which is the secret of the DSF series mixing unit.

(3)Modular design:
This batching plant realizes modular structure so that it can be transported by units during transport and can be hoisted and assembled by units during installation, featuring good convenience and rapidness. It can shorten the installation time, improve the economic benefits, and realize flexible arrangement depending on the user’s installation site.
(4)Accurate metering technology:
● All weighing systems are fitted with tuning and compensating devices, with the weighing accuracy at ≤±1%.
● The radial gate feeder is fitted at the lower portion of the aggregate bin and the appropriate gap and the special anti-blockage gate design are adopted to prevent the bin gate from material blockage and ensure smooth discharge and reliable working.
● The weighing gate and discharge for the aggregate and fine material are adopted, featuring short weighing time and high accuracy.
● The sand bin is fitted with vibrating device to ensure the smooth discharge. The entire aggregate bin structure takes the convenient feeding and smooth discharge into sufficient consideration.
(5)High environmental-friendlinesss
● The full-sealed mixing body and the dust curtains for all discharge ports remarkably reduce the environment pollution caused by the dusts and noise to embody the new green-oriented philosophy, with the dust concentration at <7mg/m2 (compared with the national standard of 10mg/m2).
● The main unit of the batching plant is internally fitted with high-efficiency dust collection system, the top of the powder tank adopts forced dust collection device (with the dust collection effect at 99.9%), and the mixer and the powder weighing system adopts full-enclosed box type bag dust collection device and mist spray method for effective dust collection.
● The mixing unit mainly adopts imported high quality reducer and special equipment to ensure the manufacturing accuracy and reduce the noise. The pneumatic system vent port takes the measures (such as muffler) to reduce the noise.
● The mixing unit adopts the air-sealing structure to eliminate oil pollution and improve the environmental-friendliness.
● The aggregate conveyance system is fitted with full-enclosed cover panel hood for dust-proof and rail-proof purpose, in order to prevent the wind from easily blowing the dusts contained in the aggregate to cause environment pollution.
● The optional concrete recycling system can realize the recycling of waste water and zero-emission standard of batching plant.
