Product Feature
1. It adopts a high performance Cummins diesel engine with engine power of 175 kw. Due to the reasonably-matched power, it provides a reliable, economical and environment-friendly and high efficient power source.
2. The retractable chassis structure has an extended folding bracket to improve the stability of chassis and at the same time not to influence overall transportation. The extension and retraction of crawler can be directly controlled in the cab, and the extension and retraction can be done simultaneously with the machine walking. Its width during transportation period reaches 3360 mm and its width during working period reaches 4520 mm, so the stability of whole vehicle is good. The seat hole has been earmarked for connecting casing oscillator.
3. The rotary table of the upper part, with high structural strength, adopts modular design and has a independent installation place reserve for hydraulic oil radiator. Standard connecting seats for pile frame are provided in front of the left and right platforms.
4. The M7 level main winch has a free lowering function, with maximum pulling force of single rope of above 10 tons and the fastest rope speed of 110m/min. With high working level and strong lifting ability, the main winch can greatly improve working efficiency and is suitable for a variety of devices. The external caliper brake used during free lowering, with big braking force and durable friction plate, is easy to replace. The cab is equipped with main winch multi-control switch, which is convenient for main winch and assistant winch to work simultaneously.
5. The derricking winch mechanism which is equipped with ratchet locking device guarantees the safe and reliable positioning of boom.
6. Each arm rest of the boom that is formed by welding of high strength structural pipe has four suspension points, which are easy to install. The boom head adopts nylon pulley which has a good stiffness, light weight, and high carrying capacity.
7. The quality of hydraulic system is stable and reliable. The pilot controlled and load sensing hydraulic control system has high micro-motion performance, high accuracy, and convenient and agile operating performance.
8. The swing mechanism that has a controllable free slipping mechanism can be controlled stably without impact.
9. High security slewing ring with raceway diameter of 1540 mm has large carrying capacity and high reliability.
10. It is equipped with safety devices such as rotary table swing locking device, boom anti-overturn device, and winch over-rolling protection device to ensure the crane can work safely and reliably.
11. It is equipped with electric combination instrument, integrated control of engine data and automatic alarm and is able to monitor engine's operating condition any time. It can also be equipped with optional devices such as anemometer, level gauge and electric megaphone to conduct real-time indication and monitoring of the working state and guarantee safe and smooth work.
12. The new styling cab in the left has high strength skeleton and adopts skin stretch forming process. The cab, with wide view and beautiful appearance, is mounted with shock absorption device. The cab is humanized designed and is equipped with high-end damping seat, digital air conditioning system and radio-cassette player, so the operation is comfortable.
13. The winch mechanism adopts modular design and can replace assistant winch according to the requirements of the working conditions to realize free lowering.
14. Supporting counter weight is easy to dismount and it is more stable in the process of traveling. As for the design of the three counterweights, the lower counterweight with the maximum weight is 6.5 tons, which is easy to transport and install.
