Product Feature
The large-frame, 90-hp TV450 offers contractors a massive operating capacity of 4,500 lb. at 50% tipping load to easily manage full pallets of pavers, forestry work, high-powered attachments or any demanding loader work that's looking for the low ground pressure and stability of a CTL. From the reinforced structure to the Tier 4 Final technology used, everything is designed with one thing in mind – maximum muscle and productivity. But not at the expense of comfort or fuel efficiency. Take a seat in the largest loader of our lineup and see what it can do for your operation.
Purpose-Built Performance
The TV450 is an industry leader in productive power with bucket cylinder force of 9,188 lb., lift cylinder breakout force of 7,773 lb. and an enhanced hydraulic system that delivers up to 4,000 psi for powering larger capacity attachments. To accommodate the greater strength and higher capacities, the upper chassis, lift arms, H-link and coupler frame have all been bolstered. With the vertical lift pattern's max pin height of 11 feet, the loading arms have excellent reach and full-dump clearance over high-side trucks and standard bucket cylinder guards add protection from rocks or overspill. And the ride control option coupled with the already-steady travel of a track loader means less bounce and greater material retention for faster loading cycles.
Common-Sense Fuel Efficiency
Like all CASE equipment, the TV450's Tier 4 Final solution is tailored to the needs of this machine. Its SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction) provides maximum power while still being simple to manage – just add DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) at fill-up. As an after-treatment solution, SCR is ideal for larger horsepower machines, letting the engine run at peak performance. Plus, there are no temperature spikes or excess fuel used to burn off particulate matter and no new filters to replace, resulting in a very efficient long-term solution.
CASE Comfort & Visibility
The standard ROPS/FOPS cab offers a spacious width of nearly three feet, is fully sealed and pressurized to reduce noise, dust and fumes, and features a suite of amenities, including climate control, a deluxe air suspension seat with heater and lumbar support, and AM/FM radio. EZ-EH controls provide effortless operation and adjustable sensitivity settings and both hand or hand-and-foot controls are available to suit operator preference. A low door threshold, thin side screens, large rear window and standard side lighting provide excellent 24/7 visibility to the attachment and around the machine.
Simple Serviceability
Routine service points are all located at the rear of the machine behind a heavy-duty swing-out door, so you can quickly access the engine, filters, fill points and whatever you need to properly maintain and extend the life of the machine. And with the SCR emissions solution, there's no particulate filter maintenance to worry about.
Tier 4 Final
HPCR, EXTERNAL CEGR WITH DOC & SCR
Why this solution: As an after-treatment system, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) lowers exhaust temperatures and does not require unproductive fuel use associated with burning off particulate matter, plus there’s no Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to replace making it a great solution for larger, high-productivity engines.
How it works: The high-pressure common rail (HPCR) system electronically controls fuel injection for greater fuel economy through more efficient fuel burn. With Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR), exhaust gases are cooled, blended with fresh air and then returned to the cylinder. Then the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) oxidizes the machine’s exhaust to create heat, further managing particulate matter emissions.
SCR is a simple solution that combines DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) with exhaust to convert NOx emissions into nitrogen and water. DEF is a non-toxic liquid that reacts with engine exhaust in the presence of a catalyst to perform emissions conversion.
What this means to you: SCR provides a significant reduction in fuel use and has no DPF to replace, resulting in a lower total operating cost for the life of the machine. Keeping it running is simple - just refill DEF as needed.
Powered by an FPT engine.
Base & Extended Warranty Coverage
1 Year / Unlimited Hour Full Coverage Base Warranty
2 Year / 2,000 Hour Extended Warranty at No Charge
Engine Warranty - Warrants all internal, lubricated parts that are captured between the valve cover and oil pan, cylinder block and head, exhaust manifold, front cover and flywheel housing, turbocharger, engine oil cooler and water pump.
Purchased Protection
Purchased Protection Plan is an extension of the factory base and extended coverage available at an additional cost. Your CASE dealer can help you determine the plan that best fits your needs. Plans are available up to three-years / 5,000 hours on CASE Compact Track Loader models.
Please see your Case dealer for limitations, exclusions, and confirmation of policies in effect. The CASE Warranty remains in effect during the Warranty Period if the owner performs the required maintenance at the recommended intervals outlined in the product’s operator’s manual and the unit is operated within its rated capacity. Genuine CASE service parts or CASE approved service parts that meet CASE specifications must be used for maintenance and repairs.
