Working principle
Central feeding: the material falls into the waterfall feeding device, enters into the high speed rotating rotor through the central feeding hole of 6x impact crusher, and then is fully accelerated and thrown out through the launching port. It first collides with a part of the material which rebounds and then falls freely, and then impacts on the vortex lining in the surrounding vortex chamber, and then rebounds to the top of the crushing chamber, A continuous material curtain is formed by the impact of the deflected downward movement and the material emitted from the impeller channel, and then discharged through the lower discharge port.The central feeding is accompanied by a ring-shaped waterfall: the material falls into the waterfall feeding device, and then falls through the annular hole, and is divided into two strands by the bulk tray. One strand enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the central feeding hole, and the other falls from the periphery of the powder tray. The material entering the impeller is accelerated rapidly in the impeller and then thrown out at high speed. The material entering the impeller first impacts and breaks with another part of the material falling freely around the tray, Then they impact on the vortex material lining in the surrounding vortex chamber, which is first rebounded to the top of the crushing chamber, and then deflected downward to form a continuous material curtain with the materials emitted from the impeller channel, and then discharged through the lower discharge port.
