Thecrushingplantsareequippedwithefficient,powerfuldiesel-electricdrives.Theyguaranteeenvironmentallyfriendlyandlow-consumptionoperation.Efficientandpowerfuldiesel-electricdrive(A)forlowfuelconsumption(crusherandallconveyorbeltsaredrivenelectrically).Externalpowersupply(B)forevenmoreefficientuseinquarries.
Incontrasttopressurecrushing,theimpactcrusheroperatesaccordingtotheimpactcrushingprinciple.Inthisprocess,thecrushedmaterialispickedupbyafastmovingrotor,greatlyacceleratedandsmashedagainstafixedimpactplate("impacttoggles").Fromthere,itfallsbackwithinrangeoftherotor.Thecrushedmaterialisbrokenagainandagainuntilitcanpassthroughthegapbetweentherotorandimpacttoggle.
