Eventheverybestmachinewiththemostadvancedtechnologycanonlyreallyshowitsstrengthsifitcanbeoperatedeasilyandasintuitivelyaspossible.Atthesametime,itshouldofferanergonomicandsafeworkingenvironmentfortheoperatingteam.Therefore,theErgoPlus3operatingconceptfocusesontheoperator. AutoSetBasicisespeciallyhelpfulwhenthemachinefrequentlyhastobemovedonthejobsite.Simplypressingthe“Execute”buttonhydraulicallyraisestheaugers,thehopperfrontandthedeflectorsinfrontofthecrawlertotheuppermostpositions.Thescreedismovedintotransportposition.Theconveyorsaretemporarilyreversed,preventingmixfromfallingtothegroundwhenthepavertravelstothenextworksectiononsite.Oncethepaverhasbeenrepositioned,pressingthe“Execute”buttonagainreturnsallsystemstothepreviouslystoredworkingpositions. Aconstantsupplyofmixisessentialforproducingalevel,high-qualitypavement.That'swhyVÖGELEdevelopedthePaveDockAssistantfortheir“Dash3”generationofpavers.Thisexceedinglyefficientsystemgreatlyfacilitatescommunicationbetweenthepaveroperatorandthedriverofthefeedvehicle,anditensuresthatthemixissuppliedtothepaversafelyandwithoutjolts.
