Thecrushingplantsareequippedwithefficient,powerfuldiesel-electricdrives.Theyguaranteeenvironmentallyfriendlyandlow-consumptionoperation.Efficientandpowerfuldiesel-electricdrive(A)forlowfuelconsumption(crusherandallconveyorbeltsaredrivenelectrically).Externalpowersupply(B)forevenmoreefficientuseinquarries. Arelativelyhighbuild-upofdustiscausedduringrecyclingandalsonaturalstonerecyclingonaccountoftheprocess.Themaincauseofdustemissionsherearethematerialdischargeandmaterialtransferpositionsaswellasthecrusherunititself.Waterjetsatstrategicallyimportantpoints,suchasthecrusherinlet,crusherdischargeconveyor,sidedischargeconveyorsandalsothesecondaryscreeningunit,arethesolution.Themajorityofthedustisboundtogetherintheprocess,preventingitfromspreading.Result:reductionindustvolumebyupto50%(dependingonthematerial) Thematchingscreensurfacesforoptimumresults Duringthedailyroutine,screensurfacesarereallyputtothetest.Toguaranteelong-term,reliablescreeningtothedesiredfinalgrainsize,thescreensurfacesfromKLEEMANNaremadeofparticularlywear-resistantspringwiresteelorroundwire.Thankstothedouble-anchoringatthecrossings,theyhaveahighmeshstabilityforuniformscreening.Thescreeningresultitselfisdeterminedbynumerousfactors.Themostimportantinfluencefactorsincludethegrainshape,thehumiditycontentandthefeedvolume. (DualPowerOption) Electricityisoftencheaperthandiesel.Addedtothisareecological,legalorsocialprovisionsthatoftenrestricttheuseofdiesel.ThescreeningplantsareequippedwithaDualPowerSystemwithtwoelectricmotorseachwith37kW(50PS)forhighworkoutputcombinedwithlowfuelconsumption.Connectionismadeviaanelectricaldevice.Thispermitsaquickswitchbetweentwopowersources(dieselengineorexternalpowersupply).Usersthusremainflexibleandthepollutantemissionisreduced.
