Easy and fast servicing is essential to any rental machine, so a 7T-1 JCB site dumper features exceptionally easy ground level service access with a with a tilting seat base and opening engine canopy providing maximum access to all areas. The JCB SiTESAFE cab is also detachable for easy service and transportation.

Built with total safety in mind, the JCB 7T-1 Hi-Viz is a market first and was specifically designed to address industry concerns. The result is a machine with unrivalled front visibility, stability, and operator protection.

The JCB 7T-1 has class-leading visibility; The operator has an unhindered direct line of vision enabling the dumper to fully comply with ISO 5006: 2017: "Earth-moving machinery -Operator's field of view". 7T-1 Hi-Viz has a direct line of vision to 1.4m height at a 1m distance from the machine when laden, a 77% improvement compared to a 6T dumper.

There's also safety in motion too, a widened wheel track and lengthened wheel base substantially improves stability in all directions. Combined with a unique skip design and lowered chassis this resulting in a 16% lower payload centre of gravity reducing the risk of machine overturn.

Standard on the 7T-1, the JCB SiTESAFE™ operator environment offers the ultimate combination of safety and operator comfort. This ROPS/FOPS level II cab with integrated protection system has been designed and tested to withstand a front dump impact and side slewing impact from a 13T excavator. There's also an impact-protective front screen, toughened side and rear glass and reinforced frame for improved protection.
