Sany SPC400 general chassis crane's Jib mounting angles are 0°, 15°, and 30° to allow quick change-overs between different operating conditions so as to improve working efficiency of the machine.
Powerful Lifting Capacity
The 40 ton general chassis crane features a five-section boom made from strengthened steel and optimized U-shaped section with max.lifting capacity of 40t, full-extended boom length of 40.5m, max.lifting height including jib of 50.5m, reduce weight and improve safety significantly.
Adjustable Hydraulic System
Triple gear pump, load feedback and constant power control are applied to enhance lifting capacity and micro-mobility. And the unique steering buffer guarantees smooth braking.
Excellent Traveling Performance
Double-axle drive is applied to provide good mobility. Trafficability and comfortableness under the complex road condition is improved with reliable traveling performance;
Engine has the multimode power output function, which reduces power consumption.
Intelligent Electronic Control
SANY self-developed controller SYMC is specially designed for engineering machinery. The CAN-bus fully digital network control technology provides stable control signal, simple harness, and high reliability. It can provide feedback on data and monitor the working condition of whole crane in real-time.
The Load Moment Limiter
It is configured with comprehensive intelligent protection system that achieves precision within 3%. The comprehensive logic and interlock control system ensures safe and reliable operation.
