The 221F Compact Wheel Loader is designed to do more on the job while requiring less from you. A strong, compact frame with Z-Bar linkage improves stability for greater leverage and load control while a new Tier 4 emission solution helps meet emissions regulations without additional maintenance needs. Many other features provide more speed back into the pile, greater precision in close quarters, better material retention and enhanced attachment compatibility thanks to a standard skid steer coupler. All, of course, with the durability you expect from CASE.
Productivity
With a lower center of gravity and Z-bar linkage, the 221F has improved lifting power and breakout force. The suspension has been enhanced with a 20-degree oscillating rear axle that works independently of the cab for greater operator comfort and load control. High speed axle options provide travel speeds up to 21.8 MPH (35 KM/H), including HS limited slip axles which provides on-demand traction in loose or uneven terrain, Powering the 221F is a gear pump with a choice two flow outputs, standard 85l/min or the High Flow pump producing 130 l/min. The high-flow pump and creep speed transmission are perfectly matched for demanding applications like snow-blowing or cold planning. A proportional loader control gives operators even greater command. Plus, Connect Under Pressure (CUP) manifolds and a hydraulic coupler make switch out quick and easy.
Fuel Efficiency
The 221F features a maintenance-free Tier 4 emission solution. This means no regeneration downtime, no Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) to replace, no extreme exhaust temperatures, no after-treatment fluids to add. Just get in and go. It’s the best match for versatile, on-the-go machines of this size.
Comfort and Visibility
F Series cab offers more space, greater all-around visibility, and an intuitive control interface to simplify operation. With new Creep Speed, Return-to-Dig and Ride Control™, air suspension seat, and Bluetooth radio options, it’s even easier to maximize productivity throughout the day. LED worklights helps keep production levels high and safe, even in low-light conditions.
Serviceability
With a tilt-up hood and friendlier access to daily checkpoints, the new F Series Compact Wheel Loaders were redesigned to simplify serviceability. Radiators, filters, hydraulics and the engine are all easily accessible so routine maintenance can be done in a matter of minutes.
Tier 4 Final
HPCR, EXTERNAL CEGR WITH PM CATALYST
Why this solution: This compact and powerful 21F meets emissions regulations with a maintenance-free, non-DPF Tier 4 Final engine solution – another way the new F Series helps you do more while requiring less.
How it works: The high-pressure common rail (HPCR) system electronically controls fuel injection for greater fuel economy. Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) cools and blends exhaust gasses with fresh air for combustion. This lowers temperatures and dramatically reduces NOx emissions, but produces more particulate matter.
The particulate matter is managed by the Particulate Matter Catalyst (PM Catalyst), which is made up of a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and a high-efficiency flow-through filter. The DOC converts emissions into neutral gasses and the filter holds particulate matter while heat from the exhaust burns it off.
What this means to you: This solution is maintenance-free, requiring no costly Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to maintain/replace and no new fluids to add.

The CASE Warranty remains in effect during the Warranty Period if the owner performs the required maintenance at the recommended intervals outlined in the product’s operator’s manual and the unit is operated within its rated capacity. Genuine CASE service parts or CASE approved service parts that meet CASE specifications must be used for maintenance and repairs.
