Uniformloadingisindispensableforagoodproduct,optimumthroughputandlowwear.Toensurethatthecrushingchamberisalwaysevenlyfilled,theContinuousFeedSystem(CFS)monitorsthecrusherlevel(jawcrusherandconecrusher)ortheloadattherockerandrotoraswellasthemotorutilisation(impactcrusher).
Thecrushingplantsareequippedwithefficient,powerfuldiesel-electricdrives.Theyguaranteeenvironmentallyfriendlyandlow-consumptionoperation.Efficientandpowerfuldiesel-electricdrive(A)forlowfuelconsumption(crusherandallconveyorbeltsaredrivenelectrically).Externalpowersupply(B)forevenmoreefficientuseinquarries.
Foreffectiveprescreeningofthefeedmaterial,thecrushingplantsareequippedwithanindependentlyvibratingdouble-deckprescreen.Wearinthecrushingchamberisthusreducedbydivertingthemediumgraindirectlyontothevibratingextractor.Thescreensurfacesintheupperandlowerdeckcanbechangedeasilyandsafely.
Jawcrushersoperateaccordingtotheprincipleofpressurecrushing.Thecrushedmaterialiscrushedinthewedge-shapedpitbetweenthefixedcrusherjawandthecrusherjawarticulatedonaneccentricshaft.Thematerialiscrushedbytheellipticcourseofmovementandfallsdownduetogravity.Thisoccursuntilthematerialissmallerthanthesetcrushinggap.
