Description:

Components:
The crusher comprises the frame, the hammer, the roller, the fine plate, the adjusting device, the crushing chamber, the hydraulic coupling, etc.
Working Principle:
The material will first meet with the hammerhead which is rotating at a high speed and then collide with the toothed plate to finish the primary crushing. Afterwards, the crushed material in uniform size comes into the crushing chamber for secondary crushing, obtains kinetic energy from the hammerhead again, and knocks on the saw-toothed liner in the impact chamber. After bouncing from the liner, the crushed material will be crushed by the hammerhead again. In the meantime, material knocks on material. Finished products can be obtained after several crushing and then be discharged.
