●Engine type: water-cooling, naturally aspirated, four stroke, in-line diesel engine.
JE493Q1 diesel engine, one of classic 493 engine series, has undergone long-term market test and is superior to engines of same level in power, fuel consumption, emission, etc. It has the features of mature technology, low failure rate and high reliability; highly matched with vehicle's load—linear power output, smooth power output and short response time; good driving smoothness: gear shifting without getting stuck and comfortable ride; simple structure, light weight, low fuel consumption, and low exhaust emissions.
●High-strength and fully riveted lightweight frame. Reinforced by double-layer frames at the core positions, the whole frame can effectively respond to various sudden increases in stress; manganese steel with great strength of extension and fully riveted connection provide high strength and toughness. While ensuring the strength of frame, the truck also reduces the weight of the chassis to the greatest extent, further resulting lightweight and lower fuel consumption.
